Our non-gluten bases contain: Water, Bocconcini Bakery Flour Blend: corn starch, rice flour, potato starch, vegetable Fibres: psyllium, inulin, dextrose, fructose, rice protein, xanthan, thickener: E464, sunflower oil, dry yeast, salt.
We use the term ‘Non Gluten Containing Ingredients (NGCI)’ because our NGCI products are made using ingredients that do not contain gluten. However, there is more than a minuscule chance of cross-contamination in our kitchen, which is why we cannot guarantee they are free from gluten. NGCI is a term recognised by the Food Standards Agency.
